Kate is a popular social media presence with over 1000 followers on Facebook and Twitter.

Nicole Pisani is a chef who has worked at Yotam Ottolenghi's Soho restaurant NOPI and Anna Hansen's Modern Pantry in London. She has a passion for creating healthy and vibrant dishes with interesting ingredients and spice combinations.

Kate and Nicole created Food For Happiness (www.foodforhappiness.co.uk). Their first cookbook MAGIC SOUP was published in 2015.
