Then a rescue mission brought some excitement to her otherwise quiet existence - and brought her to the attention of Star Risk, Ltd. A mercenary outfit struggling for recognition, Star Risk has the required ragtag bunch of misfits, including an alien willing to invest his life savings in the company. Now if only they can succeed with their first mission: to spring a dangerous supersoldier trapped in a maximum-security prison.
