Sarah Fulton Vachon is a leading olive oil expert and educator in the UK who's trained everyone from high-street chains to Michelin-starred restaurant teams. As the olive oil sommelier and
founder behind Citizens of Soil, she curates a line-up of award-winning extra virgin olive oils for their monthly Olive Oil Club. She's a champion of women in farming, and partners with small-batch producers who practise regenerative agriculture. Sarah made the Telegraph and NatWest '100 Female Entrepreneurs to Watch' list and is a member of Women in Olive Oil, a global network that empowers education and advancement of
women in the industry.
